Description: A fully blended online training that aims to equip aid workers and health staff with the most essential logistics and supply chain knowledge in the context of medical operations. Special focus will be put on the current response to COVID-19 making sure that the right product and service reach patients at the right time, at the right condition, and at the right price.

Supply Chain Risk and Resilience in Healthcare Level 1 


Description: Supply chain risk is increasing globally as supply chains expand to all corners of the earth. Supply chain resilience is increasingly a competitive differentiator to gain and keep business. This course provides knowledge and tools to guide you through understanding the choices available to your organization to manage supply chain risk and enhance the resiliency required for long-term sustainability. Structured in three levels, Level 1 will review Supply Chain Management fundamentals, industry trends, the impact of uncertainty, complexity, and risk, and the identification of supply chain risks. In Levels 2 and 3, toolsets will be developed and case studies offered that delve into the impact of risk on various aspects of your organization.
This course is offered in partnership with Edukazi and the Supply Chain Risk Management Consortium.
